The Manawa Wetlands are just around the corner from home in New Lynn, I love to go there and stalk the birds with my camera!

Photographing churches where my ancestors were baptised, married or buried has been a favourite pastime for many years. Churches in NZ are slowly disappearing so I thought it was time to start saving their images for posterity.

Kiwi time.....
The time in NZ - give or take an hour depending on daylight saving times in various countries - 2 hrs ahead of Sydney; 11 hrs ahead of London; 16 hrs ahead of EST USA. Daylight saving starts here again at 3am on 27 Sep 2015 and ends on 3 Apr 2016.
