Some of the birds of NZ, all photos taken by me. I've used
the Maori names where known. The Tieke is a stuffed
one in the Auckland Museum, all the others are alive. The
Rosella is an Australian visitor although now colonised here.

Photographing churches where my ancestors were baptised, married or buried has been a favourite pastime for many years. Churches in NZ are slowly disappearing so I thought it was time to start saving their images for posterity.
